Wharton promoted to executive vice president

Steamboat Springs

First National Bank of Steamboat Springs has recently promoted PJ Wharton to the position of executive vice president/senior lender. "PJ has been an important leader in the substantial growth of our bank", President and CEO John Kerst said. "With his dedication to both work and family, he is a valued member of Routt County's only locally owned bank and the Steamboat community."

Wharton is a member of Steamboat Rotary Club and serves on the Board of Directors for Main Street Steamboat Springs. He also spends his time as a volunteer for the Strawberry Park Elementary School and as a coach for the Steamboat Springs Youth Hockey Association.

Dargevics: Office first among 300 offices

Erik Dargevics of Cherry Creek Mortgage Co. in Steamboat Springs has announced that for the second year in a row his office ranked first among 300 offices.

Seattle Realtor finds opportunity in town

Charlie Dresen has joined Prudential Steamboat Realty as a full-time broker associate. Before moving to Steamboat with his family one year ago, Dresen worked for Windermere Real Estate in Seattle.

"It's an exciting market here in Steamboat. Like Seattle, people are drawn to the beauty of this area, and this is reflected in our energized market," Dresen said.
