4:12 a.m. North Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 54700 block of Routt County Road 129.

7:18 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person having difficulty breathing in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza.

8:08 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious man who snuck into a bathroom at a gym in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

9:05 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a cluster box damaged at Whistler Road and Meadow Lane.

9:42 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a patient causing a disturbance at Yampa Valley Medical Center. He was arrested on suspicion of harassment.

11:22 a.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 300 block of East Main Street.

11:46 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a man who heard something suspicious at an apartment complex in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive. The man said it sounded like someone running. Police could not find anything suspicious.

12:55 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man flipping someone off at Rotary Park. He could not be located.

2:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 2000 block of Ski Time Square. It was a disturbance between family members visiting for vacation.

6:18 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to a report of a possible car fire at Anglers Drive and South Lincoln Avenue. It was out before firefighters arrived.

8:09 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet stolen from a truck parked in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

8:31 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who was bleeding in the 2300 block of Après Ski Way.

9:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a possible drunken driver in a Ford Explorer with Texas plates who almost hit a median at Hilltop Parkway and South Lincoln Avenue. The driver was not drunk and was given a warning for failure to signal.

11:22 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who possibly overdosed at the post office.

12:55 p.m. I believe it has been determined in the courts that "flipping" someone off is protected by the 1st Amendment.
